摘要
外来词是汉民族与外民族政治、经济和文化接触、交流、融合的产物。外来词的借用,既要发展,也要规范,尤其是在改革开放的新时期。
Loanwords are the crystallization of the combination of Chinese and foreign politics, economy and culture. The borrowing of loanwords should not only be standardized but be developed, especially in the new period for reform and opening-up.
