当前写作教育失败的症结在于缺乏科学的现代教育理念。缺乏符合当代人自身发展需要的写作教育观。写作教育工作者应彻底转变观念,将写作教育置于一个全面开放的系统中加以理解和认识,注重对写作本体的研究,将写作教学放在“人”的全面发展和综合素质的提高上来认识。人本主义的写作教育意在强调对学生的人本关怀,以建构学习主体的人格心理品质为宗旨,充分发挥非智力因素对学生的影响。在教学思想、教学方法、教学内容上摆脱以技能技巧训练为主体的教育观念,调动写作主体的积极性,真正发挥写作教育培养人才之功用。

The writing education of humanism places emphasis on showing loving care for the students in order to build their personality and mental quality as well as bring the non-intellective effect into the procedure of the study. It requires to cast off the idea that only focus on training them technical ability from the teaching thinking, teaching method and teaching content. The all is to arouse some writhing initiation, making the writing education to be a necessities of training the talents.
