精神分裂症病人凶杀动机

The Murdering Motivation of Schizophrenes

目的 探讨精神分裂症病人的异常凶杀动机。方法对我院1990年至2000年十年间96例精神分裂症病人凶杀鉴定资料进行回顾性整理及分析。结果有“明确”病理性动机的65例,占67.70％,无“明确”病理性动机的31例,占32.29％。结论 精神分裂症病人凶杀犯案大多在精神病阳性症状影响下,出现病理性动机,有“对象”地作出报复性凶杀,部分没有“明确”的对象,在环境的特殊影响下犯案。

Objective To investigate murdering motivations of schizophrenes. Method 96 murdering cases of schizophrenes from 1990 to 2000 were analyzed. Result 65 (67.70%) cases is committed with explicitly patliologic motives, while 31 (32.29%) with no explicitly pathologic motives. Conclusion Most murders of schizophrenes were committed when they were affected by positive symptoms of schizophrenia, with pathologic motives and selected argets Others were conducted with no definite targets, when provocated by specific environmental effects.
