Development of the Program for Testing the Fracture Toughness of Nodular Cast Iron

根据国家标准开发了球墨铸铁断裂韧性测试程序,在试验机上对球墨铸铁做三点弯曲断裂韧性试验时,可以通过设计软件,方便地绘制球墨铸铁的载荷———位移曲线,找出曲线的线性部分,并进行数据处理。设计程序将试验过程和数据采集、结果处理于一体,大大方便了试验的进行。

The program for testing the fracture toughness of nodular cast iron is developed according to the national standard.When the three-dots-bend test of fracture toughness for nodular cast iron is done,it is convenient to draw the curve of load-displacement of nodular cast iron,find out the curve linear fraction and deal with the data by using the software.This program puts test process,data acquisition and result calculation as a whole,thus it is beneficial for such experiments.
