乌拉地尔静脉注射治疗重症高血压的疗效及安全性

Effect of Intravenous Urapidil on Severe Essential Hypertension

目的:验证德国Byk Gulden药厂产乌拉地尔(URA)治疗重症高血压的降压疗效及安全性。方法:对深圳宝安、龙岗两家医院收治的80例高血压病重症患者,男68例,女12例,平均年龄(53±9)岁,静脉注射URA。分组:(1)对三组高血压病(各10例)分别静脉注射URA 12.5mg、25mg、50mg;(2)50例为24小时内静脉点滴URA,观察24小时内血压、心率及不良反应。结果:(1)不同剂量URA静脉注射以25mg降压效果最好;(2)24小时静脉点滴URA,总有效率达100%。URA主要不良反应:轻度头昏(6/80)、头痛(2/80)、恶心(4/80)及乏力(5/80)。结论:URA是一种安全有效的治疗高血压急症用药。我们推荐:剂量25mg加入10ml液缓慢静注;24小时内静脉点滴,100～300μg/min为宜。

Objective: To evaluate the effect and safety of Urapidil(URA)made by Byk Gulden Pharmacy of Germanyin treating severe hypertension. Methods: 80 patients with severe hypertension(68 male, 12 female, mean age 53±9 yearsold) were admitted to two hospitals which are in Baoan and Longgang District of Shenzhen and vein injected with URA, thestudy were divided into two groups; (1)Three different doses of URA(12.5 mg, 25mg, 50mg)were intravenously injected to10 cases for each of the 3 groups to evaluate the appropriate dosage. (2) 50 cases were continuously intravenously drippinginjected URA in 24 hours and were observed the BP, HR and adverse effect in 24 hours. Results: (1) Among the threedifferent doses of URA by intravenous injection the dose of 25 mg was the most appropriate dosage to decrease the severehypertension. (2) The total effective rate of continuous intravenously dripping injection of URA for 24 hours reached to100%. The main adverse effect of URA were, slight dizziness(6/80)、headache(2/80)、nausea(4/80)and weary(5/80).Conclusion: Intravenous URA can be used safely and effectively to control blood pressure in patients with severehypertension. We recommend the appropriate dosage of 25 mg by intravenous injection or 100～300μg/min by continuousintravenously dripping injection within 24 hours.
