晶状体溶解性青光眼的诊治与预防

Diagnosis,Treatment and Prevention of Phacolytic Glaucoma

目的:探讨晶状体溶解性青光眼的临床特点、治疗方法以及预防。方法:对9例9眼晶状体溶解性青光眼临床资料性分析。手术治疗包括白内障囊内摘除术(1眼)、白内障囊内摘除术联合小梁切除术(2眼),白内障囊外摘除术(6眼)。结果:术后所有患者症状缓解,眼压降至正常,视力提高。随访21～77个月,疗效稳定。结论:根据主要临床特征可诊断晶状体溶解性青光眼。白内障囊外摘除术能够有效地治疗本病。开展白内障防盲教育是预防本病的重要手段。

Objective: To discuss the clinical feature, treatment and prevention of phacolytic glaucoma. Methods: 9 cases (9 eyes) of phacolytic glaucoma were retrospectively analyzed. All of the patients were old people. The surgeries were carried on including intracapsular cataract extraction (ICCE) (1 eye), ICCE allied with trabeculectomy (2 eyes) and extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) (6 eyes). Results: The symptoms were alleviated in all patients, the intraocular pressure was decreased and the vision increased. During the follow-up period of 21～77 months, the results keep satisfied. Conclusions: Phacolytic glaucoma can be identified according to the typical clinical features. It is demonstrated that ECCE is effective to treat phacolytic glaucoma. Expanding the education about cataract is an important means to prevent blindness caused by phacolytic glaucoma.
