摘要
兼职教师队伍是高等职业教育师资队伍建设的重要组成部分。本文对兼职教师在高职教育中的作用、管理、培训等进行了有益的探索。
The paper studies on the construction about part-time teachers. The part-time teachers are important sections of teachers for higher vocational education. The article analyses the function about training and managing of part-time teacher at higher vocational education college.
