This article expounds the status of psychological factors in the light of the ideological education among college students, elaborates the important effects of culturing morl psychology of college studers for forming good moral characters and improving ideological moral qualities, which sarts with the psychological system of forming and developing the moral characters of college students, and points out five ways to culture the moral psychology and improve the ideological and moral qualities of college students.
