This paper, by making a statistical analysis of some samples of teaching bodies of higher vocational and professional learning, which was organized by the Department of Higher Learning of Ministry of Education of China , indicates the existing problems in this field, and forecasts the building of teaching bodies of higher vocational and professional learning during the fifteenth five-year plan.
