高职教育改革必须以企业需求为主导,改革的核心是教育教学模式的改革,改革的目标是为企业输送敬业的职业人,能”做”会”用”的技术人,广”识”会”学”的社会人。必须树立高职教育改革发展的行业(企业)主导观和高等职业教育的服务观。必须建立产学合作的互动机制,促进大学文化与企业文化的融合,改革教学管理模式,适应企业人力资源发展需求。
