论高职教育的能力基础

On the capability foundation of higher vocation teaching

高职教育在其教学过程中以“能力培养”为中心,符合高职教育的目标要求,但在实际教育教学中,却将“能力培养”变成单纯的职业技能实训,实行片面的“能力培养”教育,偏离了高职教育方向。为此,对高职教育“能力”内涵,“能力”范围的界定,能力与职业的关系等方面,需要深入探讨。

Implementing the Arinciple of putting the capability cultivation at the center during the teaching activity of higher vocation conforms to its objective requirement. Howerve, the actual teaching deviates from the orientation of higher vocation education by transforming the 'capability cultiration' into simple vocation education. Hence, this paper deliberates on the capability foumdation of higher vocation education in respects of the connotation of 'capability', the limitation of the boundary of 'Capability' and the relation ship between capalility and vocation.
