摘要
该文就教学名师的概念及一般要求作了阐述,并从二个方面论述了启动教学名师工程的重要意义,进而提出实施名师工程的三点举措。
Based on analyzing the conception and features of well-known teacher, this paper probes into how to train well-known teachers, and pay attention to guidance them.
