该本文对我校“十五”前实验室、实训基地的建设历程及成效进行了简述;对“十五”期间实验室、实训基地的规划进行了详细介绍;对2001-2002年度“十五”建设的初步成效进行了总结;并对建设过程中存在的问题进行了初步探讨。
