摘要
本文在分析了传统计算机数控系统布线复杂和维护困难的基础上,提出基于 PROFIBUS-DP 现场总线的计算机数控系统,总结了该系统在应用时的特点。并结合加工中心数控系统,给出了该系统的网络结构与通信实现。
This paper proposes CNC system based on PROFIBUS-DP field bus on the basis of analysis of which routing is complex and maintaining is difficult for the past CNC system.It sums up the application characteristics of the system.Combining with CNC system of machining center,it gives out the system's network structure and communication performance.
