通过感受"以学生为中心"模式的英国职业技术培训,从职业教育对象和培养目标的定位、学生在职业技术教育中的地位、教师在职业技术培训中的角色三个方面说明了英国职教在教育理念上与中国职业教育的差异,并从市场经济需要的角度提出了借鉴的必要性。

Enlightened by the pattern of'Placing the students at the Center'in British voca- tional education,the authors analyzes the differences between Britain and China in vocational education.The object to be educated and the orientation of the training program,the status of the student,and the role of the teacher are the three aspects concerned in the analysis.The necessity of using the theory for reference are pointed out from the angle of market economy.
