This thesis produces the fundamental principle,analyses the demands of external characteristic and dynamic characteristic of manual metal arc welding,successfully designs the control circuits of external characteristic and dynamic characteristic.It's proved experimentally that the circuits have good adjusting function and can meet the manual metal arc welding de- mands.
