磁盘基片超精密切削加工技术的研究

Study on the Ultra-Precision Manufacturing Technique for the Memory Disk

根据铝合金磁盘基片的加工技术要求,分析了铝合金磁盘基片超精密切削加工的工艺特点,提出了超精密车床的结构要求,给出了金刚石刀具的几何参数。

According to the processing technical requirements for the magnetic memory disk, the technological feature of ultra-precision manufacturing was analyzed,the structural require- ments for the ultra-precision lathe were presented,and the geometrical parameter of diamond tools were given.
