Technologic Analysis of the Valve Lid and Design of the Die

通过对阀盖零件结构和成形工艺分析,采用镶入式组合型芯设计简化了模具结构;并依据工作条件,合理选择模具组件材料,实践证明,该模具结构设计合理。

Through the analysis of the structure and the forming technology of components,the die casting of the valve lid was simplified by using composite cores;and the materials for the components were properly chosen according to their working conditions.The rationality of die design was proved in practice.
