谈曾国藩的道德观

Zeng Guofan's moral philosophy

曾国藩是中国近代史上最有争议的重要人物之一。本文本着历史唯物主义的态度,着重解析了曾国藩"公忠"、"孝慈"、"礼让"的道德思想,认为在曾国藩身上共存着中国传统道德的精华和糟粕,精华使其事业有所成功,糟粕使其难逃人民的谴责,他是一个具有两面性的悲剧人物。同时,本文也论述他成为悲剧人物,有其历史的阶级的深刻原因。

Zeng Guofan was an important person who caused very much debate in Chinese mod- ern history.The writers of this article analyse several aspects of Zeng's moral philosophy from the point of view of historical materialism.They argue that the dross and the essence of tradi- tional Chinese morality co-exist in him.And this led to his tragedy.
