摘要
机械承载结构在装配使用过程中 ,由于后期的机械载荷、环境温度和各类腐蚀因素的影响 ,结构中常常产生宏观尺度的裂纹。宏观裂纹的存在对机械承载的安全使用是一个严重的威胁 ,它的进一步扩展会导致结构的断裂 ,造成生命财产的损失。本文通过有限元分析模型 ,对机械结构裂纹进行诊断和监控。
Macrocracks which usually arise in the mechanical bearing construction due to the mechanical load, ambient temperature and corrosive circumstance, this causes a fatal threat to its safety. The further extension of macrocrack may result in broken constructions and damages to life and property. This paper introduces the way of building modules based on the analysis of finite element to diagnose and supervise the macrocracks.
