摘要
本文以一个高新企业为例,从企业的外部环境和自身的优势出发,对高新技术企业未来的发展战略进行了分析,并对新战略实施过程中存在的问题进行了探讨。
Vtron Corporation is one of the most successful competitors in large-scale hi-resolution display wall industry. The external environment and internal factors of Vtron are analyzed. Also the implementation of the new strategy is discussed.
