四种农药防治枸杞蚜虫的药效评价

EVALUATION ON CONTROL EFFECTS OF FOUR KINDS OF INSECTICIDE TO CHINESE WOLFBERRY APHIS

本文针对枸杞蚜虫对大田常规用药产生抗性难于防治的情况 ,选用了 2 0 %杀虫王 2号乳油、30 %虫螨齐克乳油、2 5 %蚜力克乳油对枸杞蚜虫进行了室内毒力测定和大田药效试验 ,结果表明 ,2 0 %杀虫王 2号乳油 75 0倍液 ,第七天防效可达 95 %以上 ,LC50 为 0 5 6 0 1μl/l;2 5 %蚜力克乳油 75 0倍 ,第七天防效 96 %以上 ,LC50 为 0 810 8μl/l;建议枸杞大田防治蚜虫时选用 2 0 %杀虫王 2号乳油 75 0倍液 ,其次选用 2 5 %蚜力克乳油 75 0倍液、30 %虫螨齐克乳油进行喷雾 ,可取得较好的防效。

In the situation that many kinds of normal insecticides haven't control effect, 20% Shachongwang latex No.2, 30% Chongmajik latexm, 25% Yalic latex were selected in indor toxicity test and effective experiment in field. The results show that the effect of 750x 20% Shachongwang latex No.2 is more than 85% (the 7th day after spraying), LC 50 is 0.560μl/L; 750x 25% Yalic latex is more than 96% (the 7th day after spraying), LC 50 is 0.3108μl/L. Therefore the effect of 750x 20% Shachongwang latex No.2 is the best, then 750x 25% Yailc tatex and 30% Chongmanjik latex, these kinds of insecticides all can obtain better control effects.
