摘要
本文在参阅大量乡镇企业发展文献的基础上 ,围绕产权制度探讨乡镇企业改制的原因 ,并在此基础上提出了几点有益的启示。
On the basis of many references, the authors mainly discussed the reasons of rural enterprise inovation on ownership institution, and also give some valuable enlightenments.
