压宁定治疗充血性心力衰竭(附26例临床观察)

Clinical observation of urapidil in treatment of comgestive heart failure

目的 观察压宁定治疗充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)的疗效及不良反应。方法 对 2 6例CHF患者用注射器泵以 (2 0 0～ 30 0 ) μg/min的速度持续泵入压宁定 ,3日后用量减半 ,疗程 4～ 8天。观察治疗后心衰控制效果、不良反应、血压、心率及实验室检查指标变化。结果 治疗后心衰控制显效 6 9 2 % ,有效 19 2 % ,无效 11 5 % ,总有效率 88 5 % ,无明显不良反应。血压、心率明显降低 ,实验室检查指标无明显变化。结论 压宁定治疗CHF有显著疗效 ,无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of urapidil in treatment of congestive heart failure.Methods Urapidil infusion continously with syringe infusion pumping at a rate of 200～300μg/min for 3 day,a rate of 100～150μg/min was applied follow-up of 1～5 days.The clinical therapeutic efficacy,side effects,blooa pressure,heart rate and laboratory test were observed.Results The rate of most effective was 69.2%(18/26),effective 19.2%(5/26) and less effective 11.5%(3/26).The total effective rate was 88.5%(23/26).Obvious side effects were not observed in all patients.Conclusion Urapidil is effective and safe in treatiment of congestive heart failure.
