矾土尖晶石钢包浇注料的研制

摘要 研制了矾土尖晶石钢包浇注料。主要研究了镁砂细粉含量 ,颗粒级配和结合剂对浇注料性能的影响 ;着重对浇注料的抗渣性进行了讨论。研究结果表明 :随着镁砂细粉含量的增加 ,浇注料的常温强度增加 ,中温强度下降 ,高温线变化率由收缩变为膨胀 ; A bauxite spinel castable for furnish is prepared.The effects of the content of magnesia powder,grain size distribution and binder on the properties are studied.The emphasis of discussion lies in slag resistance of castable.Research shows that increasing addition of magnesia power,room temperature strength increases,intermediate temperature strength decreases,and the linear expansion rate in elevated temperature strength decreases,and the linear expansion rate in elevated temperature transforms fromnegative to positive.Resistance to slag relates to the conten of magnesia powder and spinel.
