节水灌溉项目“真实”节水评价

Evaluation for real water saving in the water saving irrigation project

农田灌溉是用水大户,当前农田灌溉用水量约占全国总用水量的70%。研究农田灌溉的节水问题,对水资源的合理配置有重要意义。世界银行提出"真实"节水和ET管理,是改进农田灌溉管理,合理配置水资源的先进方法。本文基于节水灌溉项目管理的角度,将世界银行贷款节水灌溉项目区辽中县子项目区五年实施结果整理、分析。从地下水灌溉抽取量、地下水位变化、灌溉效率、灌溉定额、农业节水措施、项目区ET平均、项目区ET综合与降雨量、水分生产率等方面评价"真实"节水量。

70% of total water supply is consumption by agriculture irrigation,so the research for the farm irrigation water saving has import significance for the water resources reasonable distribution.The real water saving and ET administration put forward by the World Bank are the advance method to improve farm irrigation management and reasonable distribution water resources.This paper evaluates the real water saving from the aspects in the following,the pumped water volume from groundwater,the change of groundwater table,irrigation efficiency and ration,measures,average ET and synthesis ET and rainfall,moisture productivity etc in the water saving project in Liaozhong County supported by the World Bank,according to the 5 years experiment information.
