金康电站振冲碎石桩基础加固施工工艺

摘要 采用振冲碎石桩法加固软弱地基,对于提高地基承载力,增强坝基稳定,减少基础沉降量和不均匀沉降,有着重要作用;同时具有施工简便、快速、经济的优点。在四川金康电站首部枢纽工程基础加固中,采用振冲碎石桩法,不仅收到良好的效果,而且还开创了全国率先采用大面积深孔振冲桩进行大坝基础处理的先例。本文对振冲碎石桩加固覆盖层软弱基础的施工技术参数、施工方法、施工质量控制等作了阐述。 Using shake and rinse gravel stakes to reinforce the soft foundation can improve the foundation bear capacity,boost up foundation stabilization,reduce the settlement of the foundation and asymmetry sedimentation.Simultaneity it has the advantage of constructing easily,speediness,and cost saving.The technique is used in the head project of Jinkang power station in Sichuan Province and not only gained the favorable effect,but also auspicate a precedent taking the lead in using bigness proportion and in deep hole shake and rinse stakes to deal with the foundation of the dam in the country.This paper expounds the technique parameters,measures and quality control during construction using the stakes to reinforce soft foundation with covering.
