和盛橡胶坝由于下游河床下切深度过大导致消能工消能效率降低,引起海漫段大规模冲刷。该坝通过新建二级消能工解决了原有消力池的有效利用及高水头的消能问题。本文初探了二次水跃的消能原理和计算方法,并对二级消力池的设计给出了具体的建议。

For seriously scour downstream channel bed made the dispersion and diffusion function efficiency reduce and arose the outfall protection segment scour in large-scale,the second class dispersion and diffusion works are established to resolve this issue.This paper discusses the principle and calculation of the second water jump and provides the suggestions for the second sump design.
