护士和家长对患儿疼痛评价偏差的分析

Analysis of the deviation between nurses and suffers' parents in evaluating suffers' pain

摘要 目的 评价在医疗工作中患儿家长和护士对患儿疼痛评价的偏差,并分析原因.方法 对我院儿科门诊的100例患儿,通过护士和家长对患儿的疼痛评价与标准量表评价相比较.结果 护士的评价结果低于标准评价,护士评价结果低于家长.与标准组相比,家长的评价偏差大,而护士的评价偏差小.结论 护士在护理工作中容易过低评价患儿的疼痛,家长容易过高评价患儿的疼痛并且评价偏差大.
