乳腺癌保乳根治手术术中护理方法初探 被引量：1

摘要 目的 探讨行保留乳房的乳腺癌根治术(保乳根治术)时的术中护理方法.方法 根据医生采用的具体的术式,对101例乳腺癌行保乳根治手术的患者,在术前准备和术中配合两环节上采取针对性护理措施.结果 2000年3月-2006年12月共101例乳腺癌患者行保乳根治术,均顺利成功.在为期1～78个月的随访表明,有85例乳房外形达优秀或良好.近期疗效满意,远期生存率尚待进一步随访观察.结论 在乳腺癌保乳根治手术术中护理方法已取得较好的效果.
