摘要
本文通过对中心商务区的由来和城市中心、城市中心区等相关概念的阐述,介绍了中心商务区的演变、空间形态和新的发展趋势,并就我国城市发展的情况提出我国中心商务区发展的几点建议。
This paper explores the origin of Central Business District(CBD) and the concepts related to city centre and central area of a city.It gives an introduction to the concept of CBD in terms of its evolvement,forms and new tendencies in development.Following these,this paper proposes some suggestions on the development of CBD in China.
