通过清华大学专家公寓的设计研究,从项目地域特征及场所精神的体现、使用者行为模式分析研究及"以人为本"在设计细节中的体现、尊重环境及可持续性发展这几个层面上论述了项目设计的独到之处,阐明了该设计是对校园居住建筑精神载体的一次探索和尝试。

This paper discusses the uniqueness of the project of Tsinghua University Experts Apartment from the following aspects:(1) the presentation of regional characters and genius loci;(2) research and analysis of occupants' behaviors;(3) spirit of humanism in detailed design;and(4) respect to environment and sustainability.This paper regards this design as a spiritual exploration of campus living.
