摘要
针对卫生级糊树脂的开发要求,采用新型无毒过氧化物引发剂(Luperox 701)替代现有的偶氮引发剂(ABVN)进行糊树脂生产的工业试验。试验表明各替代条件下的聚合过程都较平稳,胶乳性能和产品糊树脂性能均达到企业质量标准,其生产过程和产品性能与原工艺相近。由于Luperox 701的活性较ABVN略低,需进一步优化配方,缩短聚合时间,以提高装置生产能力。
The industrial test of azo initiator (ABVN) replaced by non-toxic peroxide initiator in paste resin production for developing hygiene grades paste resin have been done. The results show that all recipes with different peroxide dosage can provide same somooth polymerization, same quality and performance of latex and paste resin with original recipe.
