摘要
通过对黄连木雌株进行花粉混水喷雾人工授粉试验,使座果率比自然授粉提高了59.7%,种子饱满率提高了49.6%。花粉浆制备容易,人工授粉操作简便,能够有效地提高黄连木的结实量和种实品质。
Artificial pollination to female Pistacia Chinensis through spraying mixture of pollen and water increased the percentage of fertile fruit by 59.7%,seed by 49.6%.Making the mixture of pollen and water is easy to operate,effective to improve the seed quality and quantity.
