摘要
着力开展林区基本建设是完善林业基础设施,增强林业可持续发展的重要途径。文章结合太白山自然保护区管理局二期基本建设工程的开展,就如何加强林区基本建设管理,合理有效协调解决基本建设与生态保护建设之间的矛盾,提出了几点意见。
Infrastructure construction is one approach to maintaining sustainable development of forestry.The paper presented some ideas as to solving the conflicts between ecosystem construction and infrastructure appeared in the infrastructure project implemented in Taibai National Nature Reserve.
