摘要 由于多数传统的在岗培训(OJT)是无计划地进行的,因此培训的效果并不明显。二十世纪八十年代中期,美国学者Ronald L.Jacobs提出了结构化在岗培训(SOJT)模式,这是一种有计划地、系统性地设计和执行在岗培训的过程。本文对SOJT的意义及其与传统OJT相比较的优越性做了细致的陈述,然后对其在国外的应用现状作了介绍和分析,最后提出SOJT作为一种低投入、高产出的培训方式,具有很大的推广应用价值。 Since the majority of the traditional on-the-job training is carried out unplanned,therefore the effect of training was not apparent.Mid-twentieth century,the United States scholar Ronald L.Jacobs put forward a structured on-the-job training model,which is a planned,systematic design and implementation of the process of on-the-job training.In this paper,the significance of the structured on-the-job training and its advantages compared with the traditional on-the-job training were detailed stated.Meanwhile,the application of SOJT abroad was presented and analysed.Finally,it safely proposed that SOJT as a low-input,high-yield approach to training should be of great value.
