This paper has analyzed the significance and urgency of studies of personnel training targets and models in newly built universities and colleges with regular college courses,has expounded associations and distinctions between applied regular college course education,conventional regular college course education and Higher Vocational Education,and has consequently brought forward applied undergraduate training target and model.
