摘要
便利店由于规模偏小等原因,在同超市等同类业态竞争上存在显著劣势。通过采用问卷、访谈和观察等方法对北京市部分便利店的生存环境进行分析发现,北京便利店面临的外部竞争还是很激烈,便利店周围销售同类商品的相关机构非常多。从内部经营管理来看,大部分便利店都在走超市模式,自身的经营理念和定位并不清晰,"便利"的特点也不明显。
Compared with other similar commercial organizations,the competitive disadvantage of convenient store is obvious due to its small scale.By using questionnaire,interview and observation to analyze its survival environment,it finds that outside competition of the Beijing convenient store is very fierce because of the sale overlap of commercial organization nearby.From the aspect of inner administration,most convenient stores are following supermarket model,lacking clear business concept and orientation and the feature of convenient is also not clear.
