On the Practice of Promoting the Human Resource Development in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone with Distance Education

广西北部湾经济区发展势头强劲,解决人才瓶颈需多方推动。立足本地人才培养的远程教育可以促进区域经济的发展,在先行实践取得成效的基础上,电大系统在办学理念、专业调整和实训基地建设上仍需努力。

Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is developing very fast.However,efforts in various fields are needed to break the bottleneck of the talents.Based on the cultivation of local talents,distance education can contribute to the pconomic development in the district.The achievement has been made by giving the priority to the practice,yet the improvement in updating the concept of running school,adjusting the major and constructing the training base is still needed.
