On the Practice of Supporting Talent Development in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone with Distance Education

如何运用电大远程教育资源为培养北部湾经济区开发人才服务。北海市广播电视大学在北海出口加工区建立远程教育基地,围绕"以学生为中心",更新观念,创新机制。针对北海出口加工区学员需要和企业发展的需要,合理的组织教学活动,形成有支持的学习体系,为园区培养"适销对路"的合格人才。

Beihai Radio &TV University has been doing the research on how to develop the talent resource with TVU distance education resource.A distance education base should be built in Beihai export processing zone,the forefront of open-up and development in Guangxi Beibu economic zone.Based on the 'student-centered'thought,the current concept should be updated,and the mechanism should be innovated.Also,in order to foster the 'readily marketable'talents for the economic zone,based on the needs and the individualized features of the learners and the enterprises in Beihai export processing zone,reasonable teaching activities should be organized,and study supporting system should be set up.
