在高校开展职业指导工作的几点思考

在社会经济快速发展的今天,就业问题依然是人们关注的民生问题,要解决大学生就业的问题,职业指导工作在大学生就业过程尤为重要,也是当前解决大学生就业问题的有效途径。文章就针对高校目前职业指导工作中存在的问题进行分析,对职业指导工作提出工作思考与建议。

Despite the fast development of social economic,obtaining occupation is still an issue of livelihood which people are concerned about.Career guidance is an essential and effective solution to the problems of university graduates' obtaining occupation.This paper analyzes the current problems of career guidance in higher education institutions,and puts forward the working plan and suggestion.
