构建济南区域金融中心的思考

Thoughts on the Construction of Regional Financial Center in Ji Nan

由于内、外部多种因素的影响,济南市亟待建立区域金融中心。由于济南市在金融体系、金融规模、金融效率、金融开放诸方面还存在许多不足之处,因此,济南市需要从自身实际出发,采取慎重、科学的态度,明确定位。济南金融中心的定位可以考虑以分步骤逐步提升的方式进行。初期目标是依托市中区金融商务区的建立逐步形成面向山东中西部的区域金融中心,在地区性金融中心的目标实现之后,进一步扩大辐射能力。

Due to the influence of interior and exterior factors,it is urgent for Jinan to establish regional financial center.Jinan now still has problems in different aspects such as financial system,financial scale,financial efficiency and financial opening.Therefore,it needs to consider its own present condition and then takes prudent as well as scientific attitudes to find its orientation,which can be set up step by step.The object in the initial stage is to establish a regional financial center embracing the Midwest of Shandong based on the existing business district in downtown area,and then extend to a larger area after the initial object is fulfilled.
