摘要
目前,我国中等城市的政府人才市场已日趋成熟。但要实现人才市场发展的可持续性,还需要在以下三个方面努力:优化三大环境,激活人才流动;培育载体群,搭建事业平台和完善自身机制,构建服务体系。
At present,the government-owned talent markets in China's middle-sized cities are approaching mature.However,to realize the sustainable development of talent markets,we still need to make greater efforts in the following three aspects: optimizing three environments to stimulate talent flow;foster the carriers to provide platform;optimize the mechanism and construct service system.
