摘要
积极心理学主张从积极的情绪体验、积极的人格特质和人与群体的关系中探讨人自身的价值;和谐校园的构建主张把充分调动教师的工作积极性、人的潜能有效开发、人的素质全面提高作为学校管理的总目标。二者都强调以人为本,都重视作为管理主客体——人的情感、价值和潜能的开发。从积极心理学视角构建高校教师和谐管理策略有:创设和谐的学校氛围;重视发挥情感激励的作用;关注教师的工作满意度;创造机会让教师享受成功。
Positive psychology advocates a positive emotional experience,positive personality traits and the relationship between people and groups to explore the value of their own people;harmonious campus construction in favor of fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers,the potential of effective people development,people's quality all-round improve school management as the overall goal.Both emphasize people-oriented,have great importance as a management subject and object-people's feelings,values and development potential.Positive Psychology from the perspective of university teachers to build a harmonious management strategy are:creation of a harmonious school atmosphere;attention to the role played by emotional excitation;concerned about the teachers job satisfaction;create an opportunity for teachers to enjoy success.
