法治中国的模式选择及其原因

中国是一个有着悠久历史的国家,传统因素在中国这样的国家有着不可忽略的重要地位。作为西方文明产物的法治,如何与中国社会契合;中国应该选择一条什么样的法治道路,必然成为"法治中国"目标提出后我们应当思考的重大问题。为此,我们既要考察法治道路选择的现实原因,也要考察乡土因素在法治道路选择中的重要作用。

In a country with a long history like China,traditional elements cannot be overlooked.How can the rule of law,a cultural product of the Western civilization,be integrated into the Chinese society,what type of path toward the rule of law have become important issues once we established the rule of law as our goal.We need to investigate the practical reasons for the path toward the rule of law and recognize the important role of local elements in the choice of the mode.
