玉溪烟叶化学成分与烟叶吸评质量的相关性研究

Analysis of Correlations Between Chemical Compositions and Smoking Quality of Tobacco Leaves Grown in Yuxi of Yunnan Province

对玉溪主产烟区烟叶样品进行化学成分定量检测,并分析其化学成分与评吸质量的相关性,结果发现,除了属主要考核指标的化学成分外,多酚、石油醚提取物、硼、锌、磷、铜等化学成分与烟叶总体评吸质量、香气质、香气量和刺激性也存在着不同程度的相关性.

Chemical compositions of tobacco leaves grown in Yuxi region,Yunnan province were determined,and correlations between compositions and smoking qualities of the tobacco leaves were analyzed.The results show that polyphenols,extracts of petroleum ethers,boron,phosphorus,zinc and copper along with major chemical compositions of tobacco leafs have certain degrees of correlations with overall smoking quality,aroma quality,aroma volume and irritancy of tobacco leafs.
