Thirty Years of Research on Overseas Chinese-Language Literature

内地的台港澳及海外华文文学研究,从1979年算起,迄今已有30年。回顾30年间华文文学研究所走过的道路,充分肯定其重大成就,指出其缺失,展望华文文学研究的未来,无疑具有一定的理论意义和实践意义。

It has been 30 years since 1979 when the research of Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and the overseas Chinese-Language literature came into being in China's Mainland. Reviewing the history of the resent 30 years, this essay examines the achievements, defects of this branch of learning and looks forward to its future in the hope of throwing some lights on its theory and criticism.
