2008年元旦,正值潘绍棠先生八十华诞,并且是他加入中国共产党,参加革命工作和从艺从教 60 周年的纪念日,同时也是他与夫人王善美女士的金婚纪念日。中国工艺美术学会雕塑专业委员会常务副会长、中国《雕塑》杂志社社长范伟民一行应邀前往祝贺。
New Year's Day of 2008,not only is Mr. Ban Shaotang’s 80th birthday,his 60th anniversary of joined the Chinese Communist Party,took part in revolution,performance and teaching,but also he and his wife Wang Shanmei’s Golden Marriage Day. Fan Weimin-executive vice president of sculpture professional committees in China Arts and Crafts Society,proprieter of China 'sculpture' magazine,was invited to the remembrance ceremony.
