摘要
随着知识经济时代的来临,会计相关知识更新的节奏越来越快,加强会计人员继续教育,提高财务人员的整体素质势在必行。本文论述了会计人员继续教育的必要性,分析了目前会计人员继续教育中存在的问题,并针对存在的问题提出对策。
With the coming of knowledge economy, the pace updating the knowledge concerning accountancy is going more and more quickly, Therefore,to strengthen the continuing education of accountants and raise their quality as a whole must be enforced. This essay discusses the necessity of accountants’ continuing education, analyses the correlate problems and pats forward the countermeasures directing the problems.
