基于二维零件数控加工图形编程系统研究

摘要 随着自动编程技术的迅速发展,各种新型数控编程系统不断出现。利用图形编程理论,针对数控线切割机床的加工特点,开发了一种基于二维零件数控加工的TXBCH图形编程系统,重点研究了系统中图素的概念、图素的定义方式和算法,并在此基础上开发出了相应的软件。通过三十多个不同类型零件的图形输入,验证了本文所开发的TXBCH图形编程系统的正确性。解决了中小企业由于费用问题不能购买大型数控编程系统的难题,加快了中小企业的自动化进程。 Many NC programming systems appeared by the rapid development of auto programming technology. Considering the characteristics of NCLC (numerical controlled line cutting) machine tool, TXBCH Graphics Programming System is introduced based on the graphics programming theory and machining of 2D Parts. Firstly, the graphics elements are proposed. Secondly, the defining mode and the arithmetic of the graphics elements and the realization of the soft are introduced as the keystone. Through the graphic inputting of over 30 different types of parts, the correctness of TXBCH graphic auto programming system presented in this thesis was verified. The difficult problem is resolved that mid and mini type corporations can not buy the expensive and big NC programming systems. the automatic course of the mid and mini type corporations.
